• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document.

• "Prohibited Player" means any person who is ineligible to use the Platform under Section 3 of this Agreement.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a game, event, or outcome on the ma77 Platform.

Access to and use of the ma77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of ma77 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or business partners.
• You must not be included on any government, regulatory, or law enforcement exclusion or sanctions list.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has invoked a self-exclusion arrangement with ma77.

ma77 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension.

To access real-money gaming features on the ma77 Platform, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Philippine government-issued ID).
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Active Philippine mobile number (in 09xx format).
• Valid email address.
• A chosen username and password for account access.

One Account Per Person: Each individual person may hold only one (1) active Account on the ma77 Platform. ma77 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method verification, and identity cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any Player found to operate multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, ma77 requires completion of KYC verification. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. All transactions on the ma77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ma77 accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for e-wallet payments and within the processing time applicable to bank transfers.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

ma77 may offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and are not immediately withdrawable.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x means the bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times before withdrawal).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are published in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ma77 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without ma77's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Use any ma77 trademark or branding in any manner that could create confusion or imply endorsement.

The ma77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ma77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ma77 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.
• Any technical errors or malfunctions will be corrected within any specified timeframe.

In no event shall ma77 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if ma77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Complaint Resolution Process: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the ma77 Platform or this Agreement, you should first contact ma77 Customer Support at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. ma77 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. ma77 cooperates fully with all regulatory inquiries and dispute escalations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaint process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

ma77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any material change to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via:

• A notification displayed on the ma77 Platform upon login.
• An email notification to the registered email address on file.
• An updated "Last Updated" date on this page.

Your continued access to and use of the ma77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the modified Terms.
